By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Products
We sell sealed trading-card-game products, accessories, and related goods. We aim to present product names, editions, languages, images, conditions, prices, and availability accurately.
Product images may be illustrative. Minor packaging differences may occur where a manufacturer changes packaging without changing the underlying product. Where a listing covers a specific language, edition, artwork, or variant, the product description and selected variant form part of the order.
2. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are shown before the customer submits the order.
We may correct obvious pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer the choice of confirming the corrected order or receiving a full refund.
3. Orders
Customers place an order by selecting products, reviewing the cart, entering the required delivery and payment information, and selecting the final purchase button at checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
4. Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to European destinations supported at checkout. Estimated delivery is generally 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customs procedures, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
The customer must notify us of the withdrawal within the 14-day period and return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us. Details, conditions, and the model withdrawal form are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Product handling and diminished value
Customers may inspect goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner comparable to inspecting them in a physical shop.
Factory seals, tamper-evident packaging, and sealed randomized card packs can be important parts of a collectible product's value. Opening packs, booster boxes, bundles, or other factory-sealed collectibles may cause substantial diminished value. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a withdrawal refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods.
This clause does not limit rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
8. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Goods must conform to the contract and applicable consumer law. Customers should contact info@nimasvault.com as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, including the order number and relevant photographs where available.
Where the goods do not conform to the contract, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund, as applicable. Return costs for a valid non-conformity claim are borne by us.
9. Pre-orders
Products identified as pre-orders are expected to ship on or around the stated release or availability date. Manufacturer, distributor, and carrier changes can delay release dates. If a material delay occurs, we will provide updated information and any cancellation rights required by law.
If an order combines in-stock and pre-order products, shipment timing will be stated at checkout or in the relevant product information.
10. Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying us if they suspect unauthorised use.
11. Intellectual property
Website content created by or for Nimas Vault, including branding, design, text, and original graphics, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and product imagery belong to their respective owners.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that do not result from our breach. We remain responsible for performing our obligations under the contract and applicable consumer law.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. Consumers also retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
