Destinations

Nimas Vault ships to European destinations available for selection at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected, please contact info@nimasvault.com before ordering.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is generally 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country and selected carrier service.

The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, carrier disruption, severe weather, unusually high order volumes, pre-orders, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and their prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers can review all shipping charges before submitting an order.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared as quickly as reasonably possible. Customers receive a dispatch or shipping confirmation when the order leaves our control, where supported by the selected service.

Pre-order products are dispatched according to their stated release or expected availability date. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Where tracking is included, the tracking link or number is provided by email. Tracking information may take time to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@nimasvault.com promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.

Additional carrier or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Damaged parcels or missing items

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If it appears seriously damaged, photograph the external packaging before opening it.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect goods to info@nimasvault.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include:

  • the order number;
  • a description of the problem;
  • photographs of the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected goods where applicable.

Your statutory rights are not affected by a failure to provide photographs, but evidence helps us resolve carrier and fulfilment issues more quickly.

Delayed or lost deliveries

If tracking has not updated or the estimated period has passed, contact info@nimasvault.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped within the EU generally do not involve import customs charges for the recipient. Destinations outside the EU customs area may be subject to local import VAT, duties, handling fees, or customs procedures. Where applicable, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
