Refund policy

1. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, email info@nimasvault.com before the withdrawal period expires. Clearly state that you wish to withdraw and include your name, order number, and the products concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Returning withdrawn goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification.

Please package returns securely. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of dispatch.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer bears the direct return shipping cost. This does not apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

Do not send goods back without sufficient identifying information. Including the order number helps us process the return.

3. Condition and diminished value

Customers may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they could reasonably do in a physical shop.

The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.

For trading-card products, factory seals, wrappers, and tamper-evident packaging may be essential to the product's collectible value. Opening randomized packs, booster boxes, bundles, or other factory-sealed collectibles can cause substantial diminished value. Where permitted by law, this diminished value may be deducted from the refund.

This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

4. Refund after withdrawal

We will refund payments received for the withdrawn goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Extra delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or the customer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fee is charged for the refund itself.

5. Faulty, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect goods

Contact info@nimasvault.com as soon as reasonably possible if goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise not as agreed. Include the order number, a description, and photographs where available.

Where a product does not conform to the contract, available statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund, as applicable. We bear reasonable return costs for a valid non-conformity claim.

The 14-day change-of-mind period is separate from statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods.

6. Order cancellation before dispatch

Contact info@nimasvault.com immediately if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch. We will try to stop fulfilment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipping has begun. If dispatch cannot be stopped, the statutory withdrawal process remains available where applicable.
